Split responsibilities on new and previous address arrangements

My son deals with Sky details; I pay bill - my bank details

On choosing new house, the state agent introduced assist organisation.

Agent discussed and agreed details for new Sky setup and placed instructions with Sky.

His setup included my son's email as ID.

Box has been delivered and is working.

My account has had agrred withdrawal made.

My son cannot access system - ID not valid.

I cannot access agreed system - still showing previous details AND withdrawing previous (much higher) chardes still.

Not making any progress

Did whoever placed this order set up a new account for your Son or did they use the account he already had ?
