Subscribed to Sky. Renewed contract last Month. Assured i would still have all apps. Discovery Plus now says "renew subscription" called Sky told discovery plus isnt renewed after first 12 months. I was never told this when i renewed. My Sky app says i have discovery plus! I am so fed up with this i have had Sky for 17 years and spent the last 3 months trying to sort out their mistakes. Seriously considering cancelling and moving to another streaming provider - any help would be greatly appreciated
