Speaking to an advisor

How do I actually talk to an advisor? I keep getting automated messages

What's the nature of the messages? Are your services restricted? If so you'll be automatically diverted to a request for payment.

Yes they are restricted so I need to to speak to someone

It's Sky's policy to request payment if you're in arrears. Once you pay what Sky believe to be outstanding, you'll be able to speak to an adviser.

 

You could try calling from a number not linked to your account which sometimes works.

I had same problem and tried this and I eventually spoke to someone
