How do I actually talk to an advisor? I keep getting automated messages

Yes they are restricted so I need to to speak to someone

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt's Sky's policy to request payment if you're in arrears. Once you pay what Sky believe to be outstanding, you'll be able to speak to an adviser.
You could try calling from a number not linked to your account which sometimes works.
Alternatively can we advise you here?
