Speak to someone

Wanting to update my address but doesn't let me do this on my sky on my account details. I want to speak to an adviser

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Sky for some reason didn't take my April payment. My details never changed.

So when the payment for May came around, I spoke to an agent and they agreed to me paying off a third of what they didn't take on top of my usual amount. I was told to ignore all emails as it would be on the system I'll be paying it off.

Well, today, they have suspended my services, I can't talk to anyone unless I pay it all off. 

It's really infuriating that, yeah, pay us, we'll talk to you..

But even though, this is our fault.. We won't talk to you unless you pay up.

If they didn't take the payment what shows via your bill for it, so does it show as outstanding or was it added to your May bill ?

I get this all the time they dont care and i payed my bill last month its showinh a did and when u go in 2 the bill bit saying didnt pay in may when it clearly shows me i did sky is gettinh a joke x

If you have a monthly payment method like a credit/debit card or a direct setup then there is no need to make the payments manually yourself as what might be happening is the payments you make are going on your account as a credit rather than actually paying the bill due to Sky taking it by your payment method.

Don't make manual payments. They're unnecessary and likely to cause this sort of problem. You should be paying by direct debit or an automated monthly card payment anyway.

I got payed 215 pounds at 11 to 2 and I should of got payed at 15 to 2 . I  got 215 pounds.  When  should of got 275 at 15 to 2

@Trawlerman123  I'm not sure what this has to do with Sky TV and Broadband?

 

Are you trying to contact Sky Bet which is completely unrelated to the provider whose community you've posted in.

 

If so you'd have much better luck contacting Sky Bet themselves not Sky TV.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
