For reference the existing broadband was £30pm, sky stream package was £63pm, is this going to be £63 total or £63+£30? If the total is £93 then I'm out already as that is taking the proverbial already!
If Broadband is showing as being £30 and Stream £63 then the total would be £93.

It did imply that the total bill including broadband would be £63, as it was on the order but as £0 stating I was already a customer.
It is difficult for us customers to say for sure as we can't see what you can so do your future bills clear this up ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo be honest that £63 probably sounds about right for Sky Stream without the broadband.
You aren't a new Sky customer so wouldn't benefit from any of their new customers deals and depending what additional packages you have on top of the base subscription (Sky sports or cinema or whole home) £63 sounds about the price ballpark they would offer Sky stream for.

If you order sky stream does it come with broadband included?
I don't think it does so the only way to clear this up would be speaking to Sky.

Sky really need to drop this idea that £1000 per year just to watch telly is affordable.
The minimum subscription television tier is typically under £1 per day, but becomes much more expensive rather rapidly when add-ons such as Sports go on top. Whether paying for linear television can be considered worthwhile is of course subjective: free to air broadcast does still exist.

Just called sky and had it confirmed that it is indeed £63 + £30. Requested a call back at 8.45am to cancel the order. Sky really need to drop this idea that £1000 per year just to watch telly is affordable.
I suspect most customers don't have broadband solely to watch TV. And many customers don't have broadband with Sky so there's no reason for broadband to be included in the cost of Stream . They're separate products.
