Hello, I’ve been charged for the last six months for a sky account I don’t have

Hello, 

 

This might sound strange. But, I don't remember signing up for sky. Even worst, none of my emails that I use to sign up for services are in use for a sky account. I've tried signing in, assuming that I forgotten something I did six months ago. But, I don't. None of my emails work for recovery, I've been charged three times every month for the last six months, and I don't know what to do.

Probably best to start with your bank.

 

There are a number of known scams using Sky's name.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
