So sky promise Tesco vouchers within 24 hours but dont!

Very poor customer service received by sky, and they are terribly hard to get hold of at the best of times.  Long wait times, having to verify your name, date of birth, password, digits of your bank account and sort code, and she understands even less than Alexa.

 

Then you get passed to the truly useless woeful customer service team, who apologise profusely for the poor experience and yet will do absolutely nothing about your issue, either than fob you off with excuses and platitudes.  They always have very thick accents and are always very hard to understand, the irony!

 

I was then told I had to wait 5 WORKING days which is a bit more than the initial 24 hours.  Only to be sent a dead link, which just says "Oops we are currently experiencing problems' you don't say!  What a terrible and incompetent company.

Thanks but unfortunately making another complaint is not really a solution.  As I have already made a complaint by phone, and they closed it down without any further action/ investigation.

 

Cheers anyway.  Hopefully someone from sky can investigate and sort it out.

Nobody will respond to you due to you posting on here if that is what you believe will happen as this is a customer helps customer forum only which is why filling in the online complaint form I would suggest really is the way to go but it is your call.

Oh well, whata complete waste of time this forum is then.  Just a little place to have a vent and no one will do anything about it. 

 

Great stuff, rubbish company with terrible customer service. Why not visit our website, the only thing I will be doing is cancelling, and that is my call thank you! 👍

Not at all.  There's a lot of useful information that other customers can give.... But it cannot solve issues that need Sky to action.

Assuming you are within a cooling off period or not within a minimum term.

With the absolute greatest of respect to you, my view stands and appreicate differs from yours.

 

I am seeking a resolution and I assumed the staff would be monitoring it, and be able to take action, I accept this is clearly not the case in this instance, which is hence my dissapointment.
