Sky vip

I've been with sky for 11 years plus but after adding broadband package to my account my sky vip is showing zero years with sky. I called customer service to resolve it. They tried and asked me to wait for 2 hours for it to reset but I've waited for over 12 hours and it's still showing zero years.
