Sky upgrade
Currently have Sky Essentials but wanted to add Sky Signature to my package, tried calling the customer service number but kept getting cut off so used the on line assistant. Quoted me £34 to add Signature when I see it advertised for £26! Existing customers seeem to be excluded from some very good offers, not much customer loyalty around or is it just me?

Re: Sky upgrade
You are seeing new customer prices. You are not a new customer...

Re: Sky upgrade
Thank you, I appreciate that some offers are to attract new customers but Sky seems to have fallen into the trap of not supporting existing customers and so runs the risk of losing older more established customers to rivals, this type of business practice is widely seen as short term gain for long term loss.
I am so disappointed that as a Sky Customer for over 9 years that rewarding customer loyalty is not part of the current business model, after some shopping around I have signed up with NOW (a Sky subsidery) where I can access all of the content I was looking for for less than a third of what SKy Signature was looking to charge.

Re: Sky upgrade
All providers do this now, so in 18/24 months when the discount ends on your Now subscription you'll be in the same position.
