Sky tv

Am confused about my bill this month as I have already paid £20 upfront cost on my tv, and I also don't need Netflix as I already have an account

Netflix Standard with Adverts is a default component of Ultimate TV and Essential TV: it cannot be removed from those products.

Signing into the Netflix app on Sky hardware running one of those bundles with transfer Netflix billing to Sky

On Sky Q the legacy 'Signature' bundle doesn't include Netflix, but Signature isn't available on Glass or Stream.
