I feel Generally sick.

I lost my sim on saturday. I didn't realise my bill wasn't paid. Paid my bill. still haven't been sent a new sim. My account is still suspended after i have paid my bill. Sky this is really poor service.

A few things, if you account was suspended then as well as paying it you do need to setup your monthly payment method again. For a replacement sim did you call and speak to Sky about this ?
