Iv been lied to three times by customers service

I'm a platinum customer currently waiting for the lines to open to cancel sky. Call them Monday because my contract was ending on my tv and broadband package they gave me a price that included sky sports I explained I'm not interested in sky sports so they agreed to take off. Looked at my products and sky sports was on it so called back was told no don't worry it's the sky f1 channel not the full package which is fine because I had that previously so Tuesday I look on the sky sports channel and surprise iv got all the channels so called back up told them I'd been lied to and wanted sports off and renegotiated a new price so we a agree a nice so I thought well the following day and nothing has changed on my account sports is still on there and the bill is higher than what was agreed. Disgusting behaviour I can't believe how bad sky treat there customers

Unfortunately in the last year Sky's customer service seems to have went right down hill. I'm leaving when my contract ends and will never sign up with them again as I wouldn't trust them. Hours of phone calls to deal with what should be simple issues continuously getting passed around to people who don't seem to be able to help. Not getting a fair resolution when they cancel Netflix and refuse to put it back on at the discounted price that had been agreed. Never again.
