Paid bill 2 days ago and still no streaming services

Hi @Joanne4444 

 

You need to clear your balance in full and allow time for this to clear in Sky's account as well as set up a new continuous payment method before sky will restore services. See: https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-stream/account-and-billing-sky-stream/bills-and-payments-sky-...

 

If you have done both of these follow the guidance in the "viewing still not restored" section in that article.

 

Failing that you will need to speak to sky as we are fellow customers here on the community, although they generally don't interact if there is an outstanding balance.
