A couple of months ago I updated the email address on my Sky account to a non-Sky(Yahoo) one.
Sky, however, are still sending emails to my old address which i will stop using very shortly. When I check my account details the new email address is shown but Sky seem to be disregarding it.
How do I get them to use my new non-Sky(Yahoo) email address please?

thanks for the reply. My correct(new) email address is shown in both locations.
The acknowledgement of my post and notification of your reply both went to my new email address but Sky's marketing and info emails go to my old one; strange.

The only thing I can think is despite your email address being updated it might take a little while before these marketing emails start being redirected to this newly changed one.

I've been looking around and under My Details is a link to Manage Data and Personalisation. In that section is an option(defaulted to ON) to Send Communications to My Sky ID email. I have turned this OFF.
We'll see if that changes anything.
