Bank details

Why is sky asking for my bank details saying my services will be restricted, they took last months payment without my permission to set up a direct debit I was not consulted about this. I don't get paid on a particular date therefore cannot set up a recurring payment. I am up to date with my payments

Sky's terms and conditions that you agree to state that you must have a regular payment method like a direct debit or card payment, setup on your account.
