Change of address

Hi 

I reached out to one of your advisors in reference to the above. I have changed my address and I for the first time have started to enjoy my sky package but with a bill of £29  for services never rendered. My sky was activated for the first time on the 15/04/2025. Initially I was requested to pay £19 for the service but later additional £10 for not setting up a payment plan. Please advise  many thanks.

You are talking to other customers here so if you have been charged extra then have you now provided payment details like a credit or debit card or a direct debit card?
