Sky spprts

I was given a free trial by engineer and it's due to end and I want to cancel but cannot speak to a human and don't want it to roll into next month every time I phone it' will send a link and doesn't and the chat robot only wants to talk about tnt sports help

To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving 31 days notice.


You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling using the number that should appear.

Ignor the link after  that it will ask you "if that is all" or words to that effect say "no" and will then probably ask if you are the account holder and may be your telephone password. You will then be connected to human. customer service agent,
