outstanding bill error

My husband Ian McDougle is continually being asked to pay £50.15 for a Sky Plus subscription which was cancelled in Octobr 25 and again in March 26 and replaced by my Sky Q subscription which was taken out in October 25.  On 2 occasions Sky have been informed of the Sky Plus subscription.  Due to an error on my part direct debits for the Sky Plus sub were still being paid until March 2026 in addition to the Sky Q subs so in fact Sky haved been overpaid.  My husband is an invalid so  please stop hassling him for £50.15 and threatening him with legal action.    My Sky Q subscription is in the name of Janet McDougle.    Please remove the request for £50.15.  I have tried on numerous occasions to speak to a human being but to no avail.   Please confirm by e-mail that you will cease chasing my husband for the above amount.   Thank you.   Janet McDougle

@Janet851 you've posted in the forum for discussing the Sky Yahoo Mail service. You're not emailing Sky. I'll move your post to a more suitable forum.

@Janet851

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

Your post reads that your husband was the Sky+ account holder but you are now the Sky Q account holder.

It would seem that your husband will need to pay the amount Sky says he owes and reinstate the payment method, then he would be able to speak to Sky to resolve this. Sky won't speak to your husband or you about the account whilst it's restricted.
