Sky signature

We have just been billed more for sky signiture but have not asked for it

Hi @Traffor-reeder   What did you not ask for? Sky Signature is the base package.

Please explain what you mean? Sky Signature is the basic Sky TV subscription.

Not in itself.   Signature is base TV package including Sky channels.

 

NetFlix was often bundled with Signature but will show as a separate line item if you have it (e.g. Ultimate TV add on).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
