speaking to someone regarding complaint

I just need to speak to somone/anyone from Sky.    Due to personal icircumstances, I downgraded my contract 2 years ago; a very understanding operator said that, in future, I would be on a monthly contract.    I moved on Oct.9th, and phoned Sky prior  to cancel, but was told I cannot do so until April 2025.  Not my understanding and I cannot get to speak to anyone.

It sounds like that when you changed your contract you started a new 2 year minimum term and if that is the case Sky are within their rights to make you see it out in full. You can call Sky as you did before so just remain on the line until you get to talk to someone and ignore anything the bot asks you.
