Raised a complaint ref weeks ago
SKY have been charging me £15 per month extra for a multi box service for the last four years which was cancelled by a sky engineer at the time because he couldn't get it to work. Today I have been offered a 3 month refund which is very unfair. I want to take this further so please could you supply me with a deadlock letter.

Not sure an engineer can cancel part of your subscription which is why you were charged as you were. The 3 month offer of a refund was probably a good will gesture.
In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.
As you've submitted a complaint Sky have 8 weeks to either resolve or issue a deadlock letter.

Re: Sky refusing to give me a full refund
@Astley2 as fellow customers we can't provide anything so you will have to contact Sky directly to pursue
but what we can say is that engineers have no authority to cancel anything

Re: Sky refusing to give me a full refund
@Astley2 you could have raised this with Sky much sooner, which no doubt is padt ofmthe reason why the refund is limited to 3 months.

Re: Sky refusing to give me a full refund
@Astley2 I'm afraid I would have to agree with the previous replies, 4 years a bit late to notice the overpayment, in addition no one but you can cancel anything on your account therefore the Goodwill gesture would seem fair.
It is your responsibility to check bills which are available to you online.
