Sky refund

Sky informed me they have issed a refund as, i  cancelled services 3 months ago .The issue is how can a refund be issued to a bank account that is closed?

If the bank account has been closed then they should sent you a cheque so when did Sky tell you that the refund has been issued ?

  • No  only that a refund was sent on 21st October and can take 5 days to be processed.It was in the email that said the refund would be sent to bank .

If Sky didn't know you'd closed your account, they'll have sent the refund to your bank which will reject it

 @Mark39 i understand what your saying about Sky unaware of bank account closure therefore,i think i may need to give customer services a call in morning.Thank you for your advice and time.
