Sky informed me they have issed a refund as, i cancelled services 3 months ago .The issue is how can a refund be issued to a bank account that is closed?

No @caesarome when the services were cancelled i closed the bank account a month or so later

If Sky didn't know you'd closed your account, they'll have sent the refund to your bank which will reject it

@Mark39 i understand what your saying about Sky unaware of bank account closure therefore,i think i may need to give customer services a call in morning.Thank you for your advice and time.
