Why am I paying for sim when I don't use it?

@Jillian4 If you ordered it and activated it then it has to be paid for regardless of whether you use it or not.

If you activated the sim then you will be charged for it as it is up to you if you use it or not. If you have been paying for it for 12 months or more then you can call Sky to ask them to cancel it.

All Sky SIMs have a monthly dataplan regardless of use.

 

They do not have a Pay-as-you-Go service and you will be charged for whatever monthly plan you've activated.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
