Sky puck /ultimate tv package

Hi I recently took a contract for a sky ultimate tv package and received my pick for streaming .

my question is the package is £22 my first bill was £41:61 and sky are telling me that going forward the bill will be £30 I'm slightly puzzled do I pay an additional fee for the puck on top of the £22 I pay for the ultimate tv package? And why was my first bill £41:61 ? Is that including a set up fee for the puck ?

The first two bills are always higher due to the date period they cover (longer than the usual 4 weeks) as you can read about here, halfway down the page here:

So have you checked your future bills to see what they show:
