I took out a Now Superfast Broadband contract in September via a Quidco £70 cashback offer. Frankly it was this cashback that made the deal competitive!
Quidco now inform me Now/Sky has declined the cashback as I either Returned, Amended or Cancelled the transaction. As I am now an active Superfast customer I don't understand how this can be questioned!?
Only thing I can imagine, is that Now takes a £5 initial payment as part of the registration, then subsequently takes the £20 for the rest of the payment once installation is complete.
£70 is not an insignificant amount of money. Any suggestions on how as I pursue this, as Quidco state they cannot any further.
thanks.

Is there a shortcut to start that? After I signed up, everything I was sent is managed via Sky. I don't have a Now account to log in to - even though the contract I was given is for Now Superfast, it's on Sky paper and the account to manage the contract is on Sky.com.
Everywhere I look I get redirected to either this Sky community forum or a support number to call a support number.

The cashback isn't guranteed as sometimes it doesn't track correctly and there are various T&Cs which have to be followed ( like cashback is refused when used in conjunction with another offer or a voucher code).
Its the T&Cs of Quidco that cashback isn't guranteed for every purchase and they can only give the cashback if they receive the referral money from the retailer.
I'm quite an avid user of cashback sites and its probably about 90% of the cashback that i actually get, with that other 10% being rejected for various reasons, either due to the tracking of because the purchase was part of another deal which means the cashback is excluded from it.

Me too - I've had over £6k paid to me over the years... Most transactions just work but sometimes there are issues.
As noted, it's not guaranteed and pursuing it is difficult. Assuming none of the conditions have been broken (it's a long list) then the only option is to pursue a complaint direct with the vendor but you mind find they'll refuse to even enter a dialogue about it.
