Sky needs to be turned back on

Sky was disconnected due to unpaid bill but the bill is now paid an sky is not back on?

@LiamWright  Have you also setup a new direct debit?  In addition it will only be setup once payment clears.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you've made the payment yesterday or today it'll need longer to clear as the banks are closed. How late were your payment/s?
