Sky monster
This company is such a beast that they never get back to you and conveniently loose your compliant by passing you from customer servicec advisor to the next all around the world and no one ever does anything.
How to complain and get an actual decent response?

You haven't actually said what the issue is?
This link explains the methods of making a complaint.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
Sky will then have up to 6 weeks to resolve it or you can then request a deadlock letter potentially allowing you to take it further.
