Sky mobile linked but not showing
Despite my mobile account being linked to main account I still cannot see details when I log in, only my TV account

Are you now logged in with your main Sky ID, if so call Sky on 150 so they can help you with this and when cal;ling say nothing if asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
