Thanks for response but I'm seriously struggling and don't see a way out for a long time. I will
speak to Sky but I'm wondering if anyone can specifically say if they would cut my TV/Broadband for defaulting on mobile?

And another thing the articles I've read for help seem to tell you what Sky can do but then just keep sending me in circles...nothing concrete on where to call...some may say just call but I have done two weeks ago, put through to 7 different departments and then cut off after almost an hour!

Thank you, that is really good to know. I don't want to default but really struggling. I need my broadband to work so that was my main worry...also for my daughter...it's not great as I've always paid my bills but hit a bumpy patch.
As long as my internet won't be cut off then I feel slightly less worried but I know I need to
deal with the mobile account. Thanks again.

No you won't be cut off. Mobile is billed separately to TV & Broadband. I have unfortunately defaulted on a Sky mobile plan and whilst it's technically 'cancelled', it still shows on your account the full balance and you will be unable to make any changes to your Sky account, I.e home move, upgrade to Sky Glass/Stream or anything like that until the full balance is cleared. You can renew your Sky TV & broadband subscription when they're due for renewal or cancel them but you can't make any other changes. Hope that helps.
