I keep trying to change my payment method but it keeps saying unable to do this at this time try later but I keep trying and I keep getting the same message

I keep getting the same error message. I changed my bank card and keep getting emails from Sky to add payment method. I have tried on the app and also on the website and keep getting "Something went wrong, try again later" This has been happening for the last week. I have tried adding direct debit details and a card.
