keep getting error message when trying to change payment method
I keep trying to change my payment method but it keeps saying unable to do this at this time try later but I keep trying and I keep getting the same message

Are you trying to do this via the MySky app, if so does this link work for you:

I keep getting the same error message. I changed my bank card and keep getting emails from Sky to add payment method. I have tried on the app and also on the website and keep getting "Something went wrong, try again later" This has been happening for the last week. I have tried adding direct debit details and a card.

All you can do is to call Sky to see if they can change your payment details for you.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Say No when asked if you want a text or to go online then stay on the line.
