Sky messed up credit file
So
Direct debit set up.
Money in account.
Sky dont take payment. We grt a text AFTER payment was supposed to come out to make manual payment. Happened 3 times and now credit score has been hammered.
Went from near perfect scores to nearly bad! Unbelievable
How can we get this fixed?

If there is a direct debit setup and for whatever reason it isn't paid then usually Sky would try again within 10 days so has if this did not happen then you need to contact Sky and/or your bank to find out why it was not taken.
