Sky marketplace missed payment

Hi, I need to pay a outstanding amount on my Marketplace account but I can't find any way to do it, I've even called sky customer service and they don't know what I mean! My card expired and it was two months before I noticed it. I've since updated the card details but the missing two months are still outstanding. It says I need to call them, which I did, but they say I don't owe anything. Any ideas how I can resolve this?

Hi Tom, 

I've called sky regarding the outstanding amount and they are telling me I owe nothing! I never thought it would be so hard to pay a bill! 

I guess I'll ignore it then.
