my Sky Equipment has already been returned despite getting numerous messages from Sky

My Sky equipment has already been returned, i still get messages from sky saying i will be charged unless i return my equpment, i returned all my Sky equipment when i cancelled and also explained this to your customer services back when i had to cancell my Sky TV due to EE explaining to me they would cancell everything for me but did not cancell my TV package. returned date was 08/04/2025.
