Sky live cancellation

Since Sky live was cancekled by Sky on the 4th Dec 2025, we were informed that what we had paid since set up would be refunded? As of today i have not received any refund.

Hi @Yvonneattree   Is there any refund credit showing on your account? Either way, you will need to contact Sky to get it sorted.

I dont see anything, plus the email said refund would be put back into the account we paid from, i havent received any refund from Sky. Thankyou for you speedy responce.
