Sky keep sending all emails to an old email address but all settings have been changed to new email

All my settings are set to one email address but Sky keep sending Sky rewards and other emails to a different email address which hasn't been associated to my Sky account for more than a year. Why?

We are all customers here so wouldn't be able to say why this is happening so what did they say when you contacted them about it.
