So I recently signed up to SKY Superfast 35 broadband over the phone with an advisor,
I was told I can sign up for just £19 p/month.
Brilliant, sign me up!... So I got the contract through in writing, printed in black & white it says £19.00 per month (with all the usual T&C's, 18month contract £39.50 a month thereafter, ect ect.)
So I check my future billing, and the value is showed as £25 per month!?
I rang an advisor who has basically told me i'd been lied to and the offer dosen't exist.
Not sure where to go from here, waiting to hear back from SKY, I don't want to pay £25 a month as I have a contract for £19 per month...
Has anyone else had this (or similair) happen to them?.. assume the ball is in SKY's court to resolve.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreCalls are recorded, so if you were offered the product at £19 per month there should,be a record of it. If Sky can't or won't give you the price you agreed on, you'll be able to cancel within your cooling off period.
Edited to add: looks like the current offer price for Broadband 35 is indeed £25 per month, so the adviser who sold it to you at a lower price has made a mistake.

I have a contract with the £19 per month deal confirmed on the email, so i'm sure that's 1 better than a recorded call! 🙂
I am sure they will have to honour the price - just curious if anyone else had a similair experience
