Sky is wrong

I was in the phone to sky tonight having being torchered for over a week and they rang with a new offer I sent all my puks back last year and they claimed I had owed the £130 outstanding on the account I was pretty shocked to hear that as i have paid everything up to date but apparently this bill has been wiped and the adminstration fees for taking the new offer where wiped also as it was not my fault but for some reason the balance,adm fees are still there????????????? What is going on this is a complete and utter shambles

A customers here only we can't say what is going on so you will have to continue the discussions you had with Sky about this.
