Account suspended, sky saying payment sent back, bank saying no request made.

My streaming service was suspended, had to make a payment to reinstate. Checked with bank and they are saying no request for payment was ever made. I now have a late payment fee on my account. I've tried to speak with sky about this but am just going round and round in circles

Is your bill usually paid by a direct debit because usually if this fails for whatever reason Sky will try again 10 days later.

I have spoken to 9 people on the so called 'help' line. 2 promised to call back and have not. All confirm I have no outstanding payments but my services are being restricted. I have full tv package as per but cannot upgrade our mobile phones.  No one can help me. No customer service at all.
