Sky is so expensive
Maybe if we leave sky then join again we are a new customer and then get a better deal . What you think 🤔

That won't work. You have to have been left for 12+ months before you're classed as a new customer.

If you are out of contract then you need to renegotiate a new deal.
I know of many people who cancelled and then contacted Sky the day after their service ended and managed to get a better deal than they were on previously from the Win Back team. This was on Sky Q.

Perhaps keep in mind that Sky has been in the subscription television game for nearly 40 years, and so has encountered every possible customer tactic many times...
