I can't see my mobile bills online or on the app - it says "Restricted". I have tired multiple browsers, tried reinstalling the app - nothing is working. As far as I am aware, I am up to date on all payments.
When I try to get help on the sky website, the digital assistant sends me a link to a bill which then shows a message saying my first bill hasn't been created yet - this is not the case.
Any ideas??? I need a copy of my latest bill.

It just says "We haven't yet created your first bill, please check back soon" - but I have had the account for ages and have definitely paid bills.
