In 2022, £17 pcm would have been the purchase loan payment for a 'medium' (55") Glass set over a 48 month term.
Have you ever had Glass, and perhaps cancelled a content subscription and disposed of the set?
In those circumstances, loan repayment would continue.

Whatever the cost I have confirmed I did not proceed with Sky Glass
It's no good telling me the costs of any contract in 2022..it's 2024 now and I've paid 500 to Sky during tjis time !
Now simple as it is what is the delay in returning my money as quick as it was taken please ? I have raised tjis with Dky so seeking yo make the experience a public forum

You may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and no one who has replied on your thread works for Sky.

With respect, it helps because it identifies where an error may have been made.
If you ordered a Glass set on those terms and then 'did not proceed' there should be a specific set of records which Sky can refer to.

No there is no more to tjis than a cancelled returned sky glass product in 2022...so.....there is now 500 in Sky accounts that needs to be refunded

Which you didn't mention in your first post here hence me saying there was more to this than what you had posted as there clearly was.
Did you cancel a few weeks after having Sky Glass installed ?

I presume you don't mean that you want it paid back over a 2 year period?

Yes there are records that the Sky glass was returned to them
