Hi. U took. 2 months. Money. Out. Of my. Bank on. The 12th. Of Jan. and. Now. U. Have. Suspended my account so. Can u tell. Me. Why. Plz. And reinstate my services.

You are only talking to other customers here, if you want to speak with Sky you will need to contact them directly.
If your services are suspended then you will need to make payment and make sure a new payment method is added.
