Sky from virgin

I have moved over from virgin to sky, and was told by virgin that sky should contact them with my activation date so they could cancel it their end. I am still being charged for virgin and not had any communication as to whether sky have told them I am now with sky. I don't know how to contact sky to ask them if they have or not? Can anyone advise?

Although as Virgin television service in the UK is only available on a Virgin data network connection, you'd kind of hope that would happen anyway...

That's really annoying as I can never get hold of anyone at virgin to talk to them and they are still charging me 😫 thank you for your reply and help. X
