Can anyone tell me if I can get Netflix if I have the Sky Essentials package?
The tv advert shows you can , but when I contacted Sky, I was told I can only have Netflix if I have the Essentials package along with Sky Glass?
It doesn't say on the Sky app ( or I just can see if it does anyway)
Any help was be appreciated- thank you!

Sounds like the he advisor has told you incorrect information as like a tactic they have used to try and up their own Glass sales numbers.

'Essential TV' is available on both Sky Glass and Sky Stream.
Confusingly the very similarly named 'Television Essentials' on Sky Q (and legacy Sky+ HD) does not include Netflix.
How do you contact Sky regarding Netflix ? I signed up for the £15 essentials package which clearly contained Netflix basic, and the app says I have it, but there is no way to login to Netflix with my Sky ID.
I have just signed up for Sky Stream, with ultra HD. My app says I also have Netflix basic, but I cannot find anyway to activate it.

Thank you Mighty Quinn. If I follow the link, I pass the two step login, then I get an error message, and the bext page is Sky offers.
Have you tried the option to activate Netflix via your Sky Stream puck ?
Yes, If I try to log in to netflix on Skystream, Netflix says account not recognised, if you have a Sky account contact Sky. I am thinking that Sky have not updated their systems with my details, and it is probably a matter of waiting, but there is no way of knowing as Sky dont do customer service.
