Sky customer service accountability

I've tried to get sky to sort my account out 5 times everytime the advisor promises to phone me back but never does, I ordered a sky glass tv from the sky pop up shop in trafford centre and since then my sky account won't work it's locked me out of sky vip and paramount.   I've tried to make a complaint but just get hung up on and can never get through to a human without waiting for hours.  Any ideas or help to get someone at sky to talk to sort everything out as thinking getting solicitors involved to get glass taken out and sky shut down if they won't even help sort out their mistakes!!! For reference I've being trying to sort since may !!
