Sky credit refund to bank account, who do I contact

I have a large credit in my Sky account and would like some of it refunded to my bank account.

my Sky account isn't closing, I will still be using it but there is too much credit in there as I changed services.

who do I contact to action this please, preferably by email as I have trouble speaking on the phone.

Does this credit arise from broadband/phone auto-compensation?

Yes, it's compensation, a few hundred pounds

@rae15  Compensation can only normally be paid to bank accounts on closed accounts otherwise it's used against future bills only 

you can call sky and ask the question of transfer but don't be surprised if they say no

No, Sky don't use email for general communication.

If you have health issues that affect your ability to communicate, it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at the related links here… ~
