Hi
So my sky mobile bill was due over the Christmas period 2022 and the day fell on a bank holiday, sky was late taking payment so I paid it manually.. (ended up paying twice) but now my account is in credit. Does this mean I don't have to pay next month's bill it will be taken from my account credit?

That is correct @Steven07707 , the payment you made should appear as a credit which will be used to pay your next bill. As you have a payment method setup then you don't need to make a payment as it will be taken automatically and as you have found when your billing date falls on the weekend or a Bank Holiday then this can see the payment being taken a few days later.
