Sky contract canceled with no penalty fees.

Contract canceled after 12 months with no early termination fees. canceled my direct debit with my bank. after 3 weeks Sky reinstated direct debit without telling me. I have a £16 credit on my account.

Have they taken another payment, or issued the refund as I'm not sure what you are asking ?

the refund is from previous payment contract canceled week before october payment due. All Sky equipment has been returned. No moneys owed by me.  They reinsted direct debit without my consent and my bank cannot stop them, they can continue to take as muck as the like from my bank even though I owe nothing and have a credit on my account.

You will have to call them about this as you need the £16 refunded anyway, otherwise you could be waiting weeks for it so while on the phone ask them to check the your services have been cancelled.

Have called them a number of times all services have ended and all equipment returned, only TV they do not have my phone/internet. They agreed no early termination fees would be applied.
