Live Chat

Have been getting this message for over a week when i've tried to use the live chat regarding a downgrade.

Sorry, our Messaging service is currently unavailable, please try again later.

Opening hours: Mon-Sun 09:00-19:30

 

Any news on when it might be up and running again?

I'm sure I've seen it operational recently.


You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (should be available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that will appear.

edit- I accessed the link after posting it and it is showing as Open. Are you in the UK?

Contrary to the thread title (a poor choice in my opinion) this isn't a route to Live Chat with Sky. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Do you mean Multiroom which is a term used for Sky+ set ups and is no longer available to order or Multiscreen which is for Sky Q?
